Active Attack Integrated Response Train-the-Trainer Instructor Recertification

Please note in order to register for this online course, you must have completed a previous AAIR Train-the-Trainer in person

The purpose of the AAIR T3 recertification course is to ensure that all certified AAIR instructors are provided the most current, updated, and relevant information regarding tactics, policies, and procedures relating to the efficient, effective, integrated, and unified response to an active attack.

The Active Attack Integrated Response (AAIR) Train-the-Trainer course is a performance level course designed to improve integration between law enforcement, fire, tele-communicators, and emergency medical services (EMS) in active attack events. The course provides law enforcement officers with key tactical response procedures as well as medical skills based on tactical emergency casualty care (TECC) guidelines, which can be used at the point of injury (POI) to increase survivability of victims. The course also provides a model framework for law enforcement, fire, and EMS to integrate responses during an active attack event through the rescue task force, law enforcement rescue, and other planning concepts. This course has been designed to improve the safety and survivability of victims of active attack events.
